General Terms and Conditions.

Reservations:

Reservations are accepted exclusively in writing—by email or through the website.

A reservation becomes binding only after a deposit is received in our account.

If a binding reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, the full deposit

will be refunded. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained.

Pricing:

The price is set according to the current price list on the website.

The maximum number of guests is 8, including children.

Overnight stays by unregistered guests are prohibited.

The price includes all costs.

A one-time cleaning fee of €35 is payable upon departure.

Payment terms:

50% in advance upon booking, 50% upon arrival.

Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the cottage.

Pool:

Dimensions: 3.5 x 6.0 m, depth 1.5 m

The pool is available during the high season (June–August) exclusively to cottage guests.

Swimming under the influence of alcohol and jumping into the pool from the sides are prohibited. Parents are responsible for their children.

Quiet Hours:

The municipality of Chľaba has established the following quiet hours:

From July 1 through August 31

Sunday–Thursday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Friday–Saturday from midnight to 6 a.m.

From September 1 through June 30,

from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Failure to observe the quiet hours may, if reported, result in a fine, which the guest is required to pay.
