The fenced property exudes a touch of romance. The garden features several separate areas, offering plenty of space for peaceful moments. A pergola with a barbecue area is just one of the highlights, along with a heated pool and a covered pergola with garden furniture for relaxing in the shade.

A private parking area for two cars adds extra convenience and security.

The house spans three floors and offers over 200 m² of living space, making it ideal for two families (up to 8 guests). The high-quality furnishings were personally selected by the owner with great attention to detail.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. The living room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic).
There is also a tastefully designed bathroom and a separate toilet on this level.

The first floor features two bedrooms with double beds and an additional WC.
On the second floor, there are two children’s rooms, each with two single beds.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for our guests.
